Fifth : Meeting Frens. Last : Lesson. Kitchen, Always Alot Of Things Happened When I Didnt Work. EveryNight Of My Off Day, I Would Recevie Call From Him Regarding Kitchen. "This Had Happen La, That Had Happen La. Cannot Tahan Liao ! Do What Then Good La ? Ta Ma De~~~" All These. I Would Always Have To Help Him Analyse And Think Of A Better Solution To Make Sure Situation Doesnt Get Worse. Hmm... HoHo ~ 18th Post Already. Was Too Tired To Update What Happened Yesterday. I Took Cab To School Again Today lOL... Wasted $20 Again lOL... I GuesS I Sleep Too Late. Was Playing Songs In The Night & Learning. Actually, I Wanted To Skip Today's Lesson But I'm Already In The Debarment List. Else I Would Go Back To Sleep Happily. Well , Yesterday, 3pm Work, And All Of Them Went For Meeting . (Which Xia0hu Already Know Whats Going On). For 1 & Half Hour, I Was Alone Inside The Kitchen. Running Both Staion, Pizza And Pasta. FYI, To Do A Pizza, A Dough Is Needed To Be Taken Out And Open With Our BareHands(With Glove On) Without Any Equipments. From A 2 Inch Dough, We Must Open Till An 7 - 12Inch. After That, Pizza Suace, Cheese And Ingredients. For Pasta, Heat Pan , Butter, Garlic, Ingredient + PAsta Choice. Tirring Right Haha, But You Will Feel Certain Fulfilment Once U Overcome Both Station. And Customers Is Watting For Your Dish To Be Serve. A Normally 2 Person Staion Was Run Alone By Me For 1.30 Hour. lOL... During Night, Haha... Only Working Frens Would Know, As Usual, Xia0hu Likes To Disturb New Staff Haha. Yesterday A China Attachemnt From CPF Building Outlet Came To Attach To WestMall As It Is Short Handed. First I Ask Her To Guess Which Country I'm From. I Told Him , I'll Be Leaving On 1st August. He Agreed. The Kitchen was Noisy Before That , And After That, Its Was So Quiet. I Know I Cant Bear To Leave This Place, But This Time I Really Gotta GO, And I Wont Be Back Anymore. In Fact, I've Left This Kitchen Once, The Reason Is To Change A New Environment, But In The End, He ASked Me Back And So I Helped Him For 8 More Months. All The Head Chef Paper Work , I'm Doing Almost All For Him. I Was Acting Like A Part Time Chef Which I Do Not Like It Very Much. Those Full-Timer Would Be Unhappy. And My Life Motto : I Dun Wan Anyone To Be Sad ~This Is Why, Xia0hu Never Reject Or Give Up AnyOne Who Needs Help. This Is Him . After That, We Went Drinking, I'm Always Almost Drunk. ZzZ But I Know After This 2 Weeks, I Wont Be Able To Drink Much Le, Thus I Went With Him And ZK. We Talked Alot About The Kitchen And There Was One Line Which He Told Zk " If He's A Full-Timer, He Would Already Be Ahead Of Everyone." He's Saying If I'm A Full-Timer, I Would Be The Vice-Chef. 2 Years, I've Already Nearly Reach A Place Where People Would Normally Took 3-4 Years At Least. Thus, I Feel Consoled, This Prove That I Did Not Waste My HardWork In The Kitchen. And Most Of All, I've Achieve Some Achievement Before I Left. I Would Really Remember This Kitchen, Everyone. Yeah.. Time To Stop Here, I Will Share All About The Kitchen During My Last Day.

Cuisine Know : Japanese Pasta, Italian Pasta, Western, Chinese & Abit Vietnam. These Were The Skills Obtained For The Past 2 years. And From People Insde The Kitchen, I've Learnt The Hard Ways Of Life. How StraightForward Cruel The World Can Be In The Working Life. In Order To Success, You Must Work Hard N Fight For It Else You Will Be Replaced. I Saw Too Many People Being Condemmed N Gaved Up. Thus, I've Grown In This Kind Of World. And By Working Insde This Kitchen , I Met People Whom I Dont Usually Mixed With. People from Different Country And Most Off All, They Aren't Well Educated, Thus Words Used By Them Were Very Straight And They Do Not Care About Your Feelings. If You're Good, They Will Admit And If You're Bad They Would Just Say Out. This Is My Working World. And By Working Inside, I've Learn To Be Able To Accept Critisim And Most Of All, Cant Lazy When I Am Focusing On Things. I've Truly Gain Alot After Joining This Kitchen. And Also I Thank You, HER (My Hero), Without You, I Won't Be Who I Am Now, Everything That Is Good In ME, I Owe To You. I'm Truly Grateful . For The 2 Years n 10 Months Of Everything U've Shown ME. Now, I Am Almost Ready For All Kinds Of Work Lying Ahead Of Me, Whether The Road Is Smooth Or Not, I Must Move On Strongly. Thats All. ZzZ ... 7.30am Toa Payoh Stadium ! I woke up at 6.39am just go there and see it rains. Cab down, which costs me $30 ? lOL... When i could take bus there before the test begin. ZzZ. So who can i blame ? lOL, No one else but myself, if i took the test earlier then i do not have to go through all these. So the test commence at 9.30 am, and ended at 11++am. Well, I did not make it for one last station. Rust le , *pad pad myself* I'm not as Fit as i was 4 years ago anymore. Pull-Up. There is no second try for that, so, i must accept it. Now, My mind are full of things, Future, I really need to think well now, I would never messed with my future this is why i am accumulating as much skills as possible. I do not want to wait until then i would be worry about myself. I want to get prepared and be successful. I want to give my future (Wife ? Family ? Myself?) a better life. I Told Him , I'll Be Leaving On 1st August. He Agreed. The Kitchen was Noisy Before That , And After That, Its Was So Quiet. I Know I Cant Bear To Leave This Place, But This Time I Really Gotta GO, And I Wont Be Back Anymore. In Fact, I've Left This Kitchen Once, The Reason Is To Change A New Environment, But In The End, He ASked Me Back And So I Helped Him For 8 More Months. All The Head Chef Paper Work , I'm Doing Almost All For Him. I Was Acting Like A Part Time Chef Which I Do Not Like It Very Much. Those Full-Timer Would Be Unhappy. And My Life Motto : I Dun Wan Anyone To Be Sad ~This Is Why, Xia0hu Never Reject Or Give Up AnyOne Who Needs Help. This Is Him . After That, We Went Drinking, I'm Always Almost Drunk. ZzZ But I Know After This 2 Weeks, I Wont Be Able To Drink Much Le, Thus I Went With Him And ZK. We Talked Alot About The Kitchen And There Was One Line Which He Told Zk " If He's A Full-Timer, He Would Already Be Ahead Of Everyone." He's Saying If I'm A Full-Timer, I Would Be The Vice-Chef. 2 Years, I've Already Nearly Reach A Place Where People Would Normally Took 3-4 Years At Least. Thus, I Feel Consoled, This Prove That I Did Not Waste My HardWork In The Kitchen. And Most Of All, I've Achieve Some Achievement Before I Left. I Would Really Remember This Kitchen, Everyone. Yeah.. Time To Stop Here, I Will Share All About The Kitchen During My Last Day.

lOL ... Ok La, Maybe Some People Do Not Know, Yeah.. I'm A Part Time Cook For 2 years. Restraunts Been Into : Fish & Co, PastaMania. Cuisine Know : Japanese Pasta, Italian Pasta, Western, Chinese & Abit Vietnam. These Were The Skills Obtained For The Past 2 years. And From People Insde The Kitchen, I've Learnt The Hard Ways Of Life. How StraightForward Cruel The World Can Be In The Working Life. In Order To Success, You Must Work Hard N Fight For It Else You Will Be Replaced. I Saw Too Many People Being Condemmed N Gaved Up. Thus, I've Grown In This Kind Of World. And By Working Insde This Kitchen , I Met People Whom I Dont Usually Mixed With. People from Different Country And Most Off All, They Aren't Well Educated, Thus Words Used By Them Were Very Straight And They Do Not Care About Your Feelings. If You're Good, They Will Admit And If You're Bad They Would Just Say Out. This Is My Working World. And By Working Inside, I've Learn To Be Able To Accept Critisim And Most Of All, Cant Lazy When I Am Focusing On Things. I've Truly Gain Alot After Joining This Kitchen. And Also I Thank You, HER (My Hero), Without You, I Won't Be Who I Am Now, Everything That Is Good In ME, I Owe To You. I'm Truly Grateful . For The 2 Years n 10 Months Of Everything U've Shown ME. Now, I Am Almost Ready For All Kinds Of Work Lying Ahead Of Me, Whether The Road Is Smooth Or Not, I Must Move On Strongly. Thats All. I'm Typing All These Because I'm Leaving The Workplace On 1st August 2009. And This Will Mark An End To My Life As A Cook. I Wont Be A Cook AnyMore In The Future(I Guess So). Alright, I've Cooled Down. I Must Move On As She Wont Be Back. Yeah , Its A Pity, We've Onli Been Together for 5 days & We Ended. Sad ? Definitly , But No Choice , Its My Fault If I Didnt Show Her Abit of Temper Yesterdy, Then She Would Be With ME Now. So , All I Could Blame Is My Stupidity , What Is Wrong With ME ? I Would Not Show Any People My Temper All These. And This Is Not Like ME. Never Like ME. By The Time I've Realised, It's All Too Late , Very Late. She Told Me That I Could Not Change Myself AS This Was The Second Time Which I Didnt Control. And I Really Asked Myself, I Really Cant Changed? I Know I Could, That Is Why I Wanted A Chance But She've Already Made Up Her Mind. These Were The Words That I Didnt Told Her, I Cant Brought Myself To Say All These Out : I've Even Changed Bigger Things Than This, My
Actually I've Got Alot Of Things To Tell Her On That Night (Friday). I Was Super Sick On That Day, But Still I Went For Work. Why ? (Silly Me Isnt It ?) (Which I Guess She Didnt Even Open That Pizza). Its Nt Easy For A Guy Who Would Go Till This Extent, What Does It Prove ? And What Have I Got ? (Nothing). I Wanted To Told Her That I'm Someone Who Is Also Willing To Tie Down If Can, I Can Promise HER ENTERNITY if She Promise She'll Stayed. I Wanted To Tell HER, "Baby" You've Made Me Broke The First 3 Exceptions Which I Would Never Break For. Firstly : All My Ex Gfs Was Born 1988, & I Would Show No Interest In Other Girls Of Age. Secondly : 7 Days We Knew Each Other And We're Together. Which I Would Normally Observe 1 Month To Decide. As promised, I gonna make a post tonight. Well, I've had a super fun and tirring day today. Today was Cc (~ChickyClub~) first ever Fam outing. Organised it so as to celebrate our beloved -Qub- jie jie's (aka Mama's) b'day. I was rotting in the campus from 1 pm - 6 pm. But Luckily, I've gt something to do (Edit My Blog). After that I Went to Dover To meet Jiahui and go together. And I've Waited her for almost 30mins. lOL.. Proud of My Patience. And We meet everyone 715 at doughby ghaut MRT station. And Onli Jiahui, Jane jie jie and me reached the place early. The rest were late. Especially Candy(Summer) and MEI (Oink). They were so late. But at least they reach. As a Chinese say "Chi Dao Zhong Bi Mei Dao Hao." So, haha, cannot blame them la. lOL. Ok la, I'm nt going to say much, Let the pictures do all the talking.
